Megan Tropea
With a career rooted in creativity and high-end hospitality, Megan brings a unique blend of artistry, precision, and genuine care to property management and concierge services. As a former photo agent & producer, Megan mastered the art of coordinating complex logistics, managing elite teams, and delivering outstanding results under pressure. This experience, coupled with years in luxury hospitality, honed her attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client service.

Now at the helm of Saturdays, Megan combines her expertise to offer personalized, seamless property management solutions. Her client-centered approach and her passion for creating beautiful, stress-free environments shines in every project, from maintaining homes and gardens to curating bespoke experiences.

Megan earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Columbia University and is currently in the Horticulture Certification Program at the Berkshire Botanical Gardens.

Mechanic/Plumbing/Maintenance
Ryan Conroy
With a career spanning years of welding, fabrication, and commercial plumbing, Ryan brings unparalleled technical expertise to the world of property management and maintenance. From designing intricate systems and machinery to managing large-scale plumbing projects, Ryan has built a reputation for precision, innovation, and reliability.
Ryan’s hands-on experience working with complex machinery and infrastructure makes him a go-to problem solver for any property challenge. Whether repairing, maintaining, or custom-building, he takes pride in delivering solutions that last.

Interior Designer/Hospitality Expert
Christopher Riggleman
Christopher Riggleman has always had an eye for design and earned his degree at New York School of Interior Design (NYSID). He honed his skills while working with the influential, Architectural Digest "Top 100", New York City firm, Pembrooke & Ives. Christopher spent many years designing the most luxurious interiors from 5th Avenue to Palm Beach to the Hamptons.

Additionally, he has freelanced and consulted in New York City.
Christopher began his career in the restaurant industry—most notably at Chanterelle, the world-renowned French restaurant that pioneered fine dining in downtown New York City's Tribeca Neighborhood.

Christopher lives in Monterey, MA with his husband Jonathon and their dog Che. Christopher is excited to bring his design expertise to the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts, and beyond.
